A three bedroom has a spacious living & dining room with sufficient balcony. The master bedroom with its bathroom located just right to the morning sunshine. Both the second and third bedroom is wide enough for children and even for adults. The kitchen is suitable to bake and cook & sometimes host the family. House maids have their own room and if you don’t have maids’ it can possibly be an office or a store.
The neighbourhood has a large green area for kids and occasional festive right behind our apartment.
‘All apartments share a generator, water tank and an elevator functioning 24/7. There are two elevators for every building. (The compound is also commodious for parking.)
